We want to assure you that all the necessary measures have been taken at the company level to ensure the confidentiality of your data, they being processed only by Rubeco personnel trained in the processing of personal data and authorized in this regard.<\/p>\n<p>The operator that processes your personal data when you browse the online platform www.rubeco.ro is RUBECO DITRIBUTION S.R.L (hereinafter &#8220;Rubeco&#8221;) registered at the Trade Register under no. The purpose and legal basis of the processing of personal data<\/h1>\n<p>Rubeco processes your personal data for the following purposes and with the following legal grounds:<\/p>\n<ol>\n<li>a) the processing is necessary for the execution of a contract to which the data subject is a party or to take steps at the request of the data subject before concluding a contract (art. 6 para. (1) letter b) of Regulation (EU) no. 679\/2016 of the European Parliament and of the Council of April 27, 2016), specifically, in order to ensure the access of the concerned person to the Rubeco services, found in the &#8220;CONTACT&#8221; section, by sending a message;<\/li>\n<li>b) the processing is carried out based on the consent of the persons concerned (art. 6, paragraph (1), letter a) of Regulation (EU) no. 679\/2016 of the European Parliament and of the Council of April 27, 2016), in the case of sending marketing communications;<\/li>\n<li>c) the processing is necessary for the purpose of the legitimate interests pursued by the operator (art. 6 para. (1) letter f) of Regulation (EU) no. 679\/2016 of the European Parliament and of the Council of April 27, 2016), for solving problems of any nature related to the content of the www.rubeco.ro website and for actions involving interaction with the online platform.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n<p>Your personal data will be processed for Rubeco to:<\/p>\n<ol>\n<li>improve the website and the services provided through it;<\/li>\n<li>determine the usefulness\/popularity of the web content presented on the site;<\/li>\n<li>send technical, assistance or administrative notifications;<\/li>\n<li>honor requests and resolve complaints received from users;<\/li>\n<li>facilitate the user&#8217;s access to Rubeco&#8217;s services and offers;<\/li>\n<li>communicate information of interest to site users;<\/li>\n<li>protect Rubeco&#8217;s rights.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n<p>The company will be able to perform anonymous registrations based on the information you provide, by excluding the data that leads to your identification. They can be modified by sending an e-mail to the address: <a href=\"mailto:office@rubeco.ro\">office@rubeco.ro<\/a>;<\/li>\n<li><strong>The right to data deletion <\/strong>means the right of the data subject to obtain, from the operator, the deletion of the personal data concerning him, without undue delay, if one of the following reasons applies: they are no longer necessary to fulfill the purposes for which were collected or processed; withdraws consent and there is no other legal basis for processing; opposes the processing and there are no legitimate reasons to prevail; personal data were processed illegally; personal data must be deleted to comply with a legal obligation; personal data were collected in connection with the provision of information society services;<\/li>\n<li><strong>The right to restrict processing. <\/strong>The data subject has the right to obtain from the operator the restriction of processing in the situation where one of the following cases applies:<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<ol>\n<li>a) the data subject contests the accuracy of the data, for a period that allows the operator to verify the accuracy of the data;<\/li>\n<li>b) the processing is illegal, and the data subject opposes the deletion of personal data, requesting instead the restriction of their use;<\/li>\n<li>c) the operator no longer needs the personal data for the purpose of processing, but the data subject requests them for establishing, exercising or defending a right in court; or<\/li>\n<li>d) the data subject objected to the processing in accordance with Article 21 paragraph (1) of the GDPR, for the period of time in which it is checked whether the legitimate rights of the operator prevail over those of the data subject.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n<ul>\n<li><strong>The right to portability <\/strong>refers to the right to receive personal data in a structured format, currently used and that can be read automatically and to the right for these data to be transmitted directly to another operator, when the processing is based on consent or the execution of a contract and is carried out by automated means, if this is technically feasible;<\/li>\n<li><strong>The right to opposition <\/strong>refers to the right of the data subject to oppose the processing of personal data concerning him\/her when the processing is carried out for the performance of a task that serves a public interest or when it is necessary for the purpose of the legitimate interests pursued by the Rubeco operator;<\/li>\n<li><strong>The right to <\/strong>object to data processing based on automatic individual decisions refers to the fact that the data subject has the right not to be the subject of a decision based exclusively on automatic processing, including the creation of profiles, which produces legal effects concerning the data subject or similarly affects it to a significant extent.
